Recording of VoiP lines
As mentioned, the recording of all types of telecom lines & the possibility of simultaneous connection such as analog, digital, radio, E1 &VoiP to HCLS3000 system is one of the outstanding points compared to similar systems.
Recording VoiP lines in HCLS3000 system has been only under the software license and does not demand any specific hardware.
This procedure results not paying any expense to provide hardware on one hand and on the second there will be no additional expense for the repair & maintenance thereafter.
